Make it stand out.

I only offer two types of in person coaching;



This class is one of my favourite parts of the week!

This class is full of women and girls of all abilities and experience levels.

The sessions are 60 minutes long, during which we do a number of different things. The class varies each week, but we will always start with a warm up. The warm up involves some light skipping, bodyweight exercises and some short runs. We then move on to some work on the bags, some partner work on the pads and then sometimes the cardio machines. We will always finish with a good stretch!

I aim to make these sessions as fun and accessible as I can! If you’ve read something and thought ‘I can’t to do that’, then do not worry! As long as you tell me of any injuries etc, then I can give you alternatives!

Hopefully I’ll see you Sunday and you can fall in love with boxing just as much as I have! x

Is this session an add on to your other training, do you want to just work on technique or are you simply just trying it for fun?

It’s not one session fits all, so tell me your goals beforehand and we will get the most out of the session for you!
